The process
We start with an initial discovery session to understand your business, the challenges you’re facing, and the changes you want to make. This helps us get a clear picture of where you are and what’s needed to move forward.

Next, we hold a strategic goal-setting session to define your business vision and get very clear on the objectives and actions for the year ahead. This session ensures that you have a focused quarterly roadmap to guide your decision-making and priorities.

Over the next 12 months, we meet monthly for 1.5 hours. These sessions provide a structured space to step back from daily operations, gain perspective, work through challenges, and stay accountable to the goals you've set. Acting as an accountability partner - similar to a non-executive director - we help you to think well together, navigate obstacles and stay on track.
