Founded by Maria Caras, in 2018, ARIA is a network of skilled coaches and facilitators who bring deep expertise in executive coaching and leadership development.

With 25 years of leadership experience - 15 in senior leadership roles across global organisations - and over 10 years of executive coaching expertise, Maria and the ARIA team understand the challenges of leading in complex, high-growth, and evolving environments.

We do this by creating a series of leadership workshops that provide practical, targeted development - aligned with your business context.
